LAWRENCE J. CORR
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Mr. Corr has over twenty-five years experience in mergers, acquisitions, strategic planning and corporate development activities. His expertise is in the following business segments: environmental (hazardous and solid waste management, industrial and commercial cleaning and maintenance, pollution control equipment), consulting engineering and architectural firms, construction materials, metals fabrication, distribution companies and specialty contractors.
Prior to joining the firm in 1987, Mr. Corr served as Vice President of Corporate Development for Laidlaw Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ), Burlington, Ontario, Canada. Previous affiliations were with Western Waste Industries (NYSE), Carson, CA as Vice President of Marketing, and Waste Resources Corporation (NASDAQ), Bala Cynwyd, PA as Vice President/Corporate Development.
Mr. Corr holds a BA from LaSalle University and attended Temple University's Fox School of Business MBA program and the Wharton School of Business Mergers and Acquisition Executive Education Program. He has been a guest lecturer at seminars and conferences for the American Consulting Engineers Council concerning corporate growth and strategies. Mr. Corr is a director of Moro Corporation and Rado Enterprises, Inc.
