Our Commitment
Simply put, we make deals happen. Before taking on any assignment, the team member
involved will decide if the potential client's goals are realistic, the timing is
right and market interest exists. If our professional believes that a transaction
is probable, he will present the potential deal to our team as a whole to reach an
agreement as to whether or not to accept the client.
Approximately 50% of the time, we elect not to proceed past this investigatory stage.
If we do not believe that a transaction can be made that will meet your objectives,
we feel that it would be unethical to raise false expectations, waste your money
and impact our reputation. While we obviously can't absolutely guarantee success,
almost all of our assignments do reach a satisfactory conclusion.
