David W. Menard, President and CEO
Mr. Menard is the founder and principal shareholder of Colmen Menard Company. He focuses on all aspects of the firm's merger and acquisition, corporate finance and business advisory service activities. Mr. Menard concentrates on the food, consumer products, industrial manufacturing, metalworking, wholesale distribution, transportation, and financial and business service industries. Mr. Menard has over thirty years of diversified business experience with both line and staff experience. He holds a BS in Economics from Cornell University and an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University. He completed the Harvard Business School Corporate Financial Management Program and is also a CPA.

Lawrence J. Corr, Managing Director
Mr. Corr focuses on environmental (hazardous and solid waste management, industrial and commercial cleaning and maintenance, pollution control equipment) services, consulting engineering and architectural firms, construction materials, metals fabrication, distribution companies and specialty contractors. He has more than twenty-five years of experience in mergers, acquisitions and corporate development. Mr. Corr holds a BA from LaSalle University and attended Temple University's Fox School of Business MBA program and the Wharton School of Business Mergers and Acquisition Executive Education Program.
